A small, gentle space to slow down, listen to your body, and allow tension to unwind naturally.
This 6‑week container combines Yin Yoga, nervous system regulation, and guided body listening to support your system in softening and reconnecting with itself. Each session invites you to move slowly, explore sensation, and allow your body to release held patterns in its own time. As a group we’ll support each other in co-regulation, allowing our systems to recalibrate and find their innate rhythm.
This space will not be about forcing change, learning the ‘right’ information, or any sort of performance to get it right.
There won’t be heady theory to understand. Nor will the space be a heady space that you might be used to from school, tech, university, or even the work place.
It’ll be an experiential environment where you’ll allow your body permission to be heard & witnessed so that it can choose to reorganize itself, based on its timing & agenda, in order to align with it’s own sense of balance.
Fascia unwinding is traditionally a one-on-one practice where a practitioner uses hands-on listening to follow subtle tissue responses and allow the body to guide its own release.
In this group container, we explore the principles of fascial listening through slower practices such as Yin Yoga, somatic awareness, and nervous system settling. As the body softens and begins to feel safe, natural movements, stretches, or subtle impulses can emerge from within. These are not directed or forced, they are simply witnessed & allowed.
Alongside the group work, each participant will also receive a private one-on-one fascia unwinding session with Heidi, giving the opportunity to experience traditional hands-on listening and deepen your personal process.

This allows you to experience traditional hands-on fascia listening while supporting your individual journey alongside the group. You will book your session during the 6 weeks and attend it separately to the group sessions.
