Held in person, a Holistic Energy Healing session may include:
- Discussing your situation or desired outcome for our session.
- Working together to acknowledge energy and/or mental blocks, and begin to bring your body, mind and energies back into balance.
- Discussing a plan, creating tangible takeaway steps for you.
- A summary of our session and integration.
You will gain valuable insights to transform energies for deep healing, clarity and peace. This is a safe and gentle therapy that works with our theta brain state (subconscious).
