We are made up of approx 60% water. So why would we not be consuming highest quality water daily? We know that our bodies need quality wholefoods, why would we not choose the same in our water? Our bodies can go without food, much longer than they can go without water – think about that in terms of importance.
Not all water is the same. It’s become so clear to me since being introduced to Kangen Water, the importance of drinking water that is free from toxins & vibrating life.
Unfortunately it’s not yet mainstream knowledge how the quality of our water affects our bodies. In most countries, water is undrinkable unless it’s gone through filtration processes, or had chlorine or fluoride added.
What is not greatly shared, is what chlorine & fluoride does within our bodies.
CHLORINE
Chlorine is a chemical that is added to our water supply to kill bad bacteria. We can understand from this perspective why that sounds like a good idea, however, consumption of this chemical over a long period of time, actually works to kill the good AND bad bacteria within our gut.
If our bacteria in our gut is out of balance, it will naturally affect our digestive system. When our bacteria & flora are out of wack within our system, this causes problems with our digestion process, and in time, affects our ability to consume certain foods. We know that many in the world suffer from Gluten Intolerance, IBS, Crohns & various other ailments.
It can take a lot of time & healing to bring the body back into symbiosis where our digestive system is in harmony with the entire body. This is why people follow various diets, nutritional cleanses, consume probiotics, follow elimination diets, to heal & bring the body back on track.
To shift to the energetic understanding – as we are multi dimensional beings – our digestive system is connected with our Solar Plexus Chakra. The Solar Plexus represents the home of our personal power & sense of self in the world.
When our Solar Plexus Chakra is out of balance, this results in thought patterns & behaviors relating to our self worth, our value & what choices we make in life. If we are not valuing ourselves, we’ll choose experiences that may not make us feel good, creating self doubt, guilt & in general – not feeling good enough or worthy within ourselves. In Chinese Medicine, the stomach is related to being enough, having enough, the colon – sifting, sorting & assimilating the details of life.
FLUORIDE
Fluoride is an ingredient placed in water in various countries. Believed to have supported humans with making tooth enamal stronger, by replacing minerals lost in teeth. It’s positive effects are debatable. The question I’ve asked myself is, “if water was meant to have fluoride in it, then why wouldn’t it naturally?”.
Like chlorine, over time, fluoride has an effect on the body, of calcifying the Pineal Gland. The Pineal Gland regulates major bodily processes, such as growth, metabolism, sexual development through the release & control of hormones. The Pineal Gland is connected with the Third Eye Chakra. The Third Eye Chakra serves as a bridge, connecting us between the physical & non physical worlds.
If our Third Eye is not open & functioning optimally, we get caught in our egoic minds, circulating thoughts repetitively, as we are not open & available to receive divine inspiration & connection with our higher selves beyond the egoic self. Being caught in the mind, has us repeat cycles & patterns, and living our lives based solely in the illusion of the 3D material world. You’ve seen The Matrix Movie right?
Many would debate the conspiracy of such ingredients in our water, serving to keep humans trapped in these cycles for the purpose of energies & entities that are unseen. I’m not here to explain this topic – you’re free to explore this on your own. My role is in supporting individuals to awaken to their true nature & the truth of all things.
I honestly know, and have experienced, that this water is a powerful catalyst to support individuals on their healing journey. Clearing out the toxins from the physical body, returning it into homeostasis, so that its innate healing capabilities can amplify & continue.
